TenCast Community Terms

1. Content Guidelines

You agree not to broadcast nudity, sexual content, graphic violence, hate speech, harassment, illegal activities, or content that endangers minors. Violations result in immediate ban and potential legal action.

2. Consent to Go Live

By joining the queue you consent to your camera and microphone being activated when it's your turn. Your broadcast is visible to all viewers on TenCast in real time.

3. Identity Verification

You must be 18 years or older to broadcast. You agree to submit a valid government-issued photo ID for identity verification. Your ID is stored securely and used only for age/identity confirmation.

4. Data Collection

We collect your approximate geolocation and IP address each time you broadcast. This data is retained for safety and legal compliance for up to 12 months.

5. Enforcement

TenCast reserves the right to terminate any broadcast, remove any user from the queue, or permanently ban any user who violates these terms without prior notice.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify TenCast against any claims arising from your use of the platform, including your broadcast content.
